We want your little one to love their KIDSAICAM. If you're not completely happy, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email us at ventacaperu@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once the return is confirmed, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your camera arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo or short video of the issue and we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

WRONG ITEM
If you received the wrong item or color, contact us and we'll fix it at no cost to you.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Just email us as soon as possible.
